Hey there!!! So a few days ago I put up a poll on my homepage and it was what my next blog post should be. The majority chose: A day in the life! The loser of that competition was Simple smoothies, however I promised that I would also do some simple smoothie recipes so here it is!
Strawberry Banana!
This first recipe is very simple and I love it! This is a serving size of around 3 people:
- 10-15 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 cups Milk/milk replacements (oat milk, almond milk, etc..)
- Ice- optional
- blender
- Add strawberries to blender and add in milk, blend.
- Add in bananas and blend
- To the mixture add in optional ice and blend
- Serve and Enjoy!
Banana Date!
This recipe is delicious, just make sure to have it fresh! Serving size 3-4 people
- 2-4 dates
- 1 banana
- 2 cups Milk/milk replacements (oat milk, almond milk, etc..)
- Ice- optional
- blender
- Add banana, dates, and milk to the blender
- Make sure to remove pit from dates
- Blend
- Add in optional ice
- Serve and Enjoy!!
Very Berry!
This is a refreshing and scrumptious smoothie which I can’t get enough of!! Serving size of 4-5 people
- 7-10 blueberries
- 6-7 raspberries
- 5 strawberries
- 5 blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- Ice optional
- Add your fruits and milk to the blender
- Blend
- Add in optional ice
- Serve and Enjoy!!
