Hey guys, it’s me again! Today I am going to be giving you guys some ideas on how to have fun in the pool! You can do these at parties, with family, with friends, etc! Let’s dive πββοΈ into it π
Games
These are some game ideas that you can play in the pool.
1- Find the object! 2-10 people (or more)
I love to do this game! Basically you throw an object in your pool and the others have to find it. I normally play without swimming goggles because then the game becomes harder and more fun. I used to have these fake squids that we would throw in, but you can use other things as well. I always hide the objects on our waterfall π, people always think that it is hidden underwater π
2- Shark– 2-10 people (or more)
When my grandma came to our house for the summer, we used to play this ALL the time! Sadly she couldn’t come over this year so we can’t play it with her π’, anyways here’s how you play: There is one or more sharks (depending on the number of players you have) and they have to catch the fish. The shark can’t touch the fish when they are at their headquarters. The fish can only stay at headquarters or another resting place in your pool for 15 seconds at a time! The objective for the Shark is to catch the fish, the objective for the fish are to swim to the other end of the pool and back without getting touched by the shark. If you get touched by the Shark, you become a Shark. If you are playing with multiple fish, if one fish reaches the end of the pool, the other fish can become a fish again if they have been touched by the shark. The fish win if ALL of the fish make it to the end of the pool and back.
3- Marco polo- 2-10 people (or more)
This game is very common. Basically one person is moving around the pool and you have to find them. You will have your eyes closed. To find them you will shout Marco and they will shout Polo in response. Trust your ears. The person who touches the person saying Polo wins.
4- Scavenger hunt 2-10 people (or more)
This game is very similar to Find the object, except you have multiple objects. You scatter multiple objects around the pool and time people to grab as many objects as they can. Whoever has the most amount of objects at the end of the time, wins!
5- Swimsuit guessing game– 2-10 people (or more)
This will be fun! You will all cover yourself with a towel or something and try describing your swimsuit to the others! If they can’t guess it in a minute or 30 seconds just tell them.

Ideas
Here are some ideas to make your pool time more fun!
1- Water Balloons
Water balloons are great for surprise attacks! I remember one time, I had a bucket of water ballons and when I tried to throw them at my friends, it just bounced off!
2- Water guns
Water guns are also great for surprise attacks!
3- Water War
A water war is basically when everyone is equipped with water balloons and water guns (and a shield/ object to cover yourself with, if you want) If you get hit, you’re out!
5- Pool floaties
Pool floaties make everything better! They are fun to relax and lounge on! I got some from amazon. Here are the ones I got, Flamingo pool float, Unicorn pool float (I couldn’t find the one we bought, but this is a very similar one), Pool Pong float. Also, I don’t know if this counts, but I got a beach ball from target- Shark Beach Ball
