Hey there, it’s me again! Happy August! Summer break flew by so quickly, and I’m very sad to see it go, but I am kind of excited for school to start again! Anyways, today I am doing a July overview post, let’s get into it!
Blog overview:
This month I reached 50 followers! Thank you!!! I also got 21 new followers!!!! Currently ( august 1st) I have 58 followers, we are so close to 60! I did 14 posts. In my June Overview 2021 post, one of my goals was to have a more consistent posting schedule, but that didn’t really work out..
Summer break overview:
My summer break is almost over!!! I had fun though, this past week I read some Roald Dahl books (I have the book collection). I read: The giraffe and the pelly and me and Fantastic Mr. Fox, they are quite short, but I liked them, I love Roald Dahl books! Anyways I am going to be trying to make the most out of my last days of summer break for this year!
Goals and Announcement for August:
Announcement:
I will probably not be posting too much in August because my school starts again and I will not have as much time to post.
Goals:
- Get at least 5 new followers
- Write at least 5 posts
- Have fun at school
- Read at least 2 chapters of: A series of Unfortunate Events: The Grim Grotto
- I have been wanting to finish this for a long time! I started it last year!!!!!! I have already watched the series on Netflix, but I also want to read the books, even though I will know the ending. Actually, funny story: I had started reading the 1st book a little before the Netflix series came out, then when the show came out I started watching it. My parents got us the book series because we loved the show. Skip forward a little. After finishing the 2nd season, my sister and I were eagerly waiting for the 3rd season to come out, but I realized I had all the books, so I started reading them. When the 3rd season came out I was on the 4th book. When we had finished watching the series, it had inspired me to start reading the books, so 7 books later, here I am on the 11th book, The Grim Grotto.
