Apple Unleashed October 18 2021

Hello! Today I will be talking about the recent apple event that took place on October 18th 2021. So, let’s get into that!

Here are some of the minor updates ( I will not go in-depth to these ones because they are very small updates)- Apple music update and macos update. For more information: apple (click on apple)

Now let’s get into the interesting stuff!

1. AirPods 3rd generation

These new airpods have spacial audio and “brings music to life”! Spacial audio is what is used in Airpods max. These new airpods look like airpods pro, but don’t have the silicone tips. These new airpods are also sweat and water resistant! For more information: apple (click on apple)

2. M1 Pro & M1 Max

These are some new additions to the M1 chip family! The new macbook pro uses them, and you can choose what chip you want. Anyways long story short, these new chips are faster and way more powerful than the other chips! For more information: apple (click on apple)

3. New homepod mini

The new homepod minis are super cool! They come in 5 colors: space gray, white, and 3 new colors: yellow, orange, and blue! The homepod mini is basically a speaker and intelligent assistant, you can play music on it, ask siri to do stuff for you and more! For more information: apple (click on apple)

4. New Macbook Pro!!!!!

I was super excited about this!!! I am very happy because they brought back more ports, and magnetic charging! The 2020 macbook pro had usb-c charging which I was not really a fan of, I like the magnetic charging way more. I know this because my dad’s macbook pro has magnetic charging and my sister’s has usbc charging. They also brought back the traditional keys, and removed the touchbar, which I know some people will be sad about, but they still have the 2020 macbook pro available to buy. The new mbp comes in 2 sizes 16 inch and the new 14 inch! It would typically be 13 and 16 inch, but they changed it! Like I said before, the new mbp’s use the M1 pro and M1 max chips.
