Hey there, it’s me! Today I am going to be talking about somethings, let’s get into it.
Updates
I said some stuff in my September Overview 2022 post, you might want to check that out. Anyways, the update I was talking about in that post was that for this month, I am trying something. I will not have a posting schedule. I decided to do this was because it felt to me as if I HAD to post every thursday. Even if I was feeling unmotivated, which I was. So, instead I will just post whenever I want to. This gives me a lot more freedom and in my opinion, motivates me to post instead of feeling like I have to.

Sorry that was super random, anyways onto the next portion of this post: Hocus Pocus 2!!!
Hocus Pocus 2
I was SOOOOOOO excited for hocus pocus 2, it premiered on disney plus on September 30th. I watched it on September 30th. To be honest, I think I had too high of expectations for the movie. I mean in most cases the original is A LOT better than the sequel and I knew it would be like that for this movie, but still. I like the original hocus pocus alot better. This movie was good, and I would watch it if you watched the original. But, the o.g. was AMAAAAAAAHHHHZIING. I would definitely recommend watching it if you haven’t, it is such an iconic Halloween movie!
I liked seeing how the Sanderson sisters aged (they didn’t really age they look the same, but still)! I loved those 3, who wouldn’t! My main problem was the new actors, I mean they were fine and all, but it just seemed kind of unnatural. For example, the original hocus pocus just seemed so, pure. I don’t really know how to describe it, the actors in that were just better. No shade/hate to the actors in HP 2 , I think they were good, the vibe is just different, you know?
I did really love seeing the sisters when they were younger. At the beginning of the movie, it showed a little backstory of the sisters when they were little. That part was fun.
Anyways, have you watched Hocus Pocus or Hocus Pocus 2 yet? What are your thoughts. Also, the name *Thackery* (from hocus pocus 1) is just so fun to say!
